1Combine 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup of fat free cheddar cheese, one mac and cheese packet, 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce, and 1/2 cup of fat free milk in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2Take out 24 oz of chicken breast, dice them into cubes, transfer to a bowl, add in garlic salt, onion powder, 1 tbsp of cornstarch and mix it all together.
3Add chicken to a hot pan and cook for 15 minutes until the chicken is crispy.
4Add in 2 tbsp of honey and 4 tbsp of buffalo sauce and reduce for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5Add cooked protein pasta to a bowl along with the sauce and mix it all together until fully combined.
6Top the pasta with the chicken, a drizzle of light ranch, buffalo sauce and fresh chives.
