Directions

    Cut each biscuit into fourths and shape them into pretzel bites, or roll each biscuit into a log and cut into fourths.

    Add a fourth cup of baking soda to boiling water slowly.

  3. 3.

    Add the pretzel bites to the boiling water and keep them there for about 30 seconds.

    Remove the pretzel bites and put them back on the baking sheet.

  5. 5.

    Melt some butter and spread it over each pretzel bite.

  6. 6.

    Top with coarse salt.

    Put in the oven to bake at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes until brownish.
