Directions

    Cut chicken into five strips and season each side with salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (optional), and paprika.

    Crush cornflakes and add a dash of the same seasonings.

  3. 3.

    Dip each piece of chicken in egg, coat it in the crushed cornflakes.

  4. 4.

    Spray with light cooking oil spray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 min or air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 16-18 min.

    For the mini flatbreads, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and yoghurt.

    Knead to form a dough ball, then roll it out on a floured surface.

    Cut out five mini flatbreads using a small bowl and cook them on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.

    For the zinger sauce, mix together low fat Greek yoghurt, paprika, and sriracha.

    Assemble each slider with lettuce, zinger sauce, and enjoy!

  • 120 g Plain Flour
  • 100 g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 75 g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Sriracha
  • Lettuce
