    Brown and drain 3 pounds of ground beef.

    Add 6 ounces of tomato paste and 1 pound of breakfast sausage; break up the sausage and brown it (do not drain).

    Add 3 ounces of Wilma's Original Chili Seasoning.

  4. 4.

    Add 1 large chopped onion and 3 fresh jalapeños.

  5. 5.

    Add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables start softening up.

  6. 6.

    Add 44 ounces of diced tomatoes and 4 ounces of Hatch green chilis.

  7. 7.

    Add 44 ounces of tomato sauce and simmer for at least one hour with the lid on.

  8. 8.

    Add 3 cans of Bush's Chili Magic Chili Starter and simmer for at least 30 more minutes with the lid on.

    Serve with Pepperbelly Pete Zippy-Zap Premium Pepper Sauce (optional).
