Directions

    Add olive oil to the pan and then add minced garlic.

    Add tomato paste and hot pepper paste. Mix well.

    Add heavy cream and mix well until combined.

    Add dried basil, red pepper flakes, italian seasoning, black pepper and salt to taste. Mix well.

    Add parmesan and pecorino romano cheese. Mix well until melted.

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.

    Add butter and pasta water. Mix well to combine everything.

    Serve and top with burrata cheese.
