1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
2Add ravioli to boiling water and cook until tender (about 2-3 minutes); drain well and set aside.
3Combine marinara sauce and cream cheese in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until cream cheese is melted (about 3-5 minutes). Stir in thyme and parsley.
4Layer ⅓ of the ravioli, half the chicken, ⅓ of the sauce, and ⅓ of the parmesan and mozzarella cheese in the baking dish. Repeat layers. For the final layer, add remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheese.
5Bake uncovered until bubbly and cheese is melted (about 30 minutes). Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
