Directions

    Add the ground pork to a hot pan and press down to flatten. Cook on one side without disturbing for 5-8 minutes on medium heat to form a crust.

    Dice the onion, garlic cloves, bell pepper, and mushrooms into roughly the same size.

    Break up the pork and mix. Continue cooking until there is no more pink. Add in all the veggies and cook for another 5 minutes, mixing frequently.

    Add sesame oil, hoisin sauce, Korean chili flakes, MSG, ground ginger, and a pinch of salt. Consider adding a splash of rice wine vinegar.

    Finish with chopped roasted peanuts and green onion.

    Serve the mixture in romaine lettuce cups with toasted sesame seeds and sriracha mayo.
