    In a pot, heat up the milk until it's warm.

    Add the sugar and vanilla extract to the milk and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

    In a separate bowl, mix the warm water and masarepa until smooth, making sure to remove all lumps.

    Add the masarepa mixture to the milk mixture and stir constantly to prevent burning.

    Cook for 6 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached.

    Serve in a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon.
