Make the marinade by adding soybean paste, gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Add the salmon pieces to the bowl with the marinade and mix to coat.

Air fry the salmon at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
