Directions

    Season the chicken with italian seasoning, salt and pepper and brown it up.

    Prepare the ricotta mixture: combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, grated garlic, no nut pesto and egg. Mix well.

    Spread a layer of store bought roasted garlic and parmesan sauce in the baking dish.

    Add a layer of no boil noodles, then a layer of ricotta mixture.

    Add half of the mozzarella cheese and the browned chicken.

  6. 6.

    Repeat layers: sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, chicken, three times.

    Finish with a layer of noodles, mozzarella cheese and italian seasoning.

    Bake at 375 Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
