Directions

    Mix diced chicken thighs with soy sauce, garlic powder, salt and white pepper.

    Slice up some green onions and separate the whites from the greens.

    Roughly chop a lot of garlic.

  4. 4.

    Add oil to a hot skillet and add the marinated chicken.

  5. 5.

    Remove the chicken once it's fully cooked.

  6. 6.

    Lower the heat, add garlic and white parts of the green onions.

  7. 7.

    Once it's nice and fragrant, add soy sauce, mirin, butter and honey.

  8. 8.

    Once the sauce is reduced, add back in the chicken.

  9. 9.

    Serve over rice and finish with green onions.

  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 3 stalks Green Onions
