Directions

    Place 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.

    Season with whatever you like, just be sure not to add too much salt.

    Add 1 can of cream of celery and 1 can of cream of chicken with herbs.

  4. 4.

    Add in 2 cups of diced carrots and 1 cup of diced celery and 1 cup of diced onion.

  5. 5.

    Give that a good mix.

  6. 6.

    Pour in 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth.

  7. 7.

    Cook on high for 3–4 hours or on low for 4–6 hours.

    Take the chicken out of the crockpot and shred it.

  9. 9.

    Add the shredded chicken back into the crockpot.

  10. 10.

    Take an 8 count can of homestyle biscuits and cut them into 9 pieces each.

    Add the biscuits to the crockpot, making sure they're covered by the liquid.

  12. 12.

    Cook on high for at least 1 hour to 90 minutes, or until the biscuits are cooked through.

    Gently stir the biscuits and let it sit for at least 10 minutes to thicken up.

    Season to taste if needed.
