Directions

    In a pan, boil 1 cup of water, 2 tbsp of butter, 2 tbsp of sugar, and 1/2 tsp of salt until everything is melted.

    Turn off the heat and add 160g of all purpose flour. Mix until it turns into a ball.

    Let it cool down for 3-5 minutes.

    Add the eggs one by one and mix until well combined.

    Put the dough into a piping bag with a star-shaped tip.

    Pipe the churros on a sheet tray with parchment paper.

    Deep fry the churros over high heat until golden brown.

    Roll the churros in a mixture of 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder while still hot.

    For the dipping sauce, mix peanut butter, all purpose cream, and water. Melt over low heat until you get a smooth, silky sauce.
