Directions

    Add olive oil to a pan and heat it up.

    Add chopped onion to the pan and cook until softened.

    Add roasted red peppers and cook with onions.

  4. 4.

    Add chopped hard boiled eggs to the pan.

    Add tuna and anchovies and stir.

  6. 6.

    Add sliced olives to the pan.

    Add tomato sauce to the pan and stir all ingredients well.

    Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.

    Layer cooked lasagna sheets on the tomato sauce.

    Spread the tuna mixture over the lasagna sheets.

    Layer more cooked lasagna sheets over the tuna mixture.

  12. 12.

    Spread a layer of cucina d'oro cooking sauce over the lasagna.

    Add fresh mozzarella on top of cooking sauce.

    Sprinkle pepper on top of the lasagna.

    Bake at 200C for 30 minutes

  • 9 lasagna sheets
  • 260 g red elmar tuna chunks
  • 3 red elmar anchovies
  • 50 g fos sliced olives
  • 200 ml cucina d'oro cooking sauce
  • 4 chopped hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers
  • 350 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Fior di vita fresh mozzarella for pizza
  • 1 Hello V Italian Style Pasta Topping
  • 1 Golden Drop olive oil
