    Caramelise onions and set aside.

    Place jacket potatoes in the oven with oil and salt for about 50 minutes.

    Scoop out the soft middle part of the Camembert cheese.

    Mix the Camembert with the caramelised onions and sage leaves.

    Cut the baked potatoes into six segments, creating a star shape.

    Make garlic butter by melting butter with chopped garlic, sage leaves and salt.

    Fill the potato segments with the Camembert mixture.

  8. 8.

    Pour the garlic butter over the stuffed potatoes.

    Return the potatoes to the oven until extra crispy.
