High Protein & Low Calorie Pepperoni Pizza

Directions

    In a blender cup, add low fat cottage cheese, nutritional yeast, and a little bit of milk; blend until smooth.

    Add the mixture to a bowl, then add coconut flour, plain flour, Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, salt and two eggs; mix well to combine.

    Spray baking paper with cooking oil, then spread the wet mixture as big as you can and bake it in the oven until golden brown.

    Add pizza sauce, parmesan, low fat mozzarella, and low fat cheddar cheese.

  5. 5.

    Add turkey pepperoni, beef pepperoni or regular pepperoni and oregano.

  6. 6.

    Bake again until the cheese is melted.

  • 120 g Marinara/Pizza Sauce
  • 30 g Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
  • 80 g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 40 g Thinly Sliced Mini Pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Oregano
