Directions

    Peel and cube five medium potatoes.

    Add potatoes to a ziploc bag.

    Add flour, salt, thyme, marjoram, and pepper to the bag.

    Shake the bag to coat the potatoes.

  5. 5.

    Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking sheet and stir in minced garlic.

  6. 6.

    Add the coated potatoes and one bay leaf to the baking sheet.

  7. 7.

    Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.

  8. 8.

    Uncover, stir, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until tender and golden brown.

  9. 9.

    Remove bay leaf before serving.
