Boursin Chicken Meatballs with One-Pot Cheesy Asparagus Orzo

Directions

    In a bowl, combine ground chicken, boursin cheese, lemon zest, oregano, basil, bread crumbs, egg, and fresh basil.

    Mix well and form into meatballs.

    Bake the meatballs in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 375°F (190°C).

    In a pan, melt butter and olive oil, add chopped onions and garlic, then saute.

    Add orzo and bone broth; stir well and bring to a boil, then simmer until the orzo is cooked.

    Add asparagus and milk, cover the pan and cook for 5 more minutes.

    Before serving, stir in a generous amount of Parmesan cheese, two more cubes of butter and a little lemon juice.
