    Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Combine cornstarch and salt in a bowl. Dredge chicken thighs in the mixture.

    Heat oil in a pan. Place chicken skin-side down and cook on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes per side.

    Rest chicken for 10 minutes.

    Finely mince garlic.

    Combine minced garlic, soy sauce, sriracha, sugar, and honey in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
