Corn Casserole
Directions
- 1Pour the corn into a glass bowl.
- 2Add the melted butter, sour cream, and eggs to the bowl.
- 3Mix all ingredients together.
- 4Add Jiffy's corn muffin mix and mix again.
- 5Pour mixture into the baking dish.
- 6Bake in the oven.
- 7Serve with honey, red pepper flakes, and thyme.
