Directions

    Brown 1.5 lbs of ground beef with a diced onion and 1 tbsp of minced garlic.

    Drain the grease if needed and add 1 packet of taco seasoning and about 1/3 cup of water.

    Pour the beef mixture into the crockpot.

  4. 4.

    Add into the crockpot 32 oz of frozen potatoes, another packet of taco seasoning, 1 can of cream of chicken or any kind of soup you prefer, 1 cup of salsa, and 2 cups of grated cheese.

    Mix really well and top with 2 more cups of cheese.

    Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-4 hours.

    Serve with any toppings you like and enjoy!
