Directions

    Place prosciutto slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until crispy.

    Slice heirloom tomatoes and peaches.

    Add the sliced tomatoes and peaches to a bowl.

    Add the crispy prosciutto to the bowl.

    Cut open the burrata and scoop it out.

    Add the burrata on top of the tomatoes and peaches.

    Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper and fresh basil.
