Boursin Tomato Dip
Directions
- 1Place two packs of boursin cheese into a shallow dish.
- 2Mash the cheese using the back of a spoon until it is in an even layer.
- 3Dice and seed three roma tomatoes.
- 4In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
- 5Mix well.
- 6Spread the tomato mixture over the mashed cheese.
- 7Garnish with fresh basil.
