1Brown 1.5-2 lbs of ground beef, drain the fat, and mix with 1 can of cheddar cheese soup, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of evaporated milk, and 1 can of diced green chilies. Add taco seasoning if desired.
2In a greased 13x9 baking dish, layer half of the crumbled Nacho Cheese Doritos, half of the meat mixture, and 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese.
3Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
4Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F until hot and bubbly.
5Add desired toppings, such as sour cream, green onions, and pico de gallo.
