    Cook one stick of butter over low heat until it turns a golden brown color.

    Add the brown butter to a bowl with ¾ cup of cocoa and mix well. This helps bloom the cocoa for better flavor.

    In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs with 1 ¾ cups of light brown sugar and whisk until the mixture is super fluffy and no sugar granules are felt.

    Add the chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture and mix until combined.

    Add ¾ cup of flour, some vanilla, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix until everything is combined.
