Creamy Cajun Crab Pasta
Directions
- 1Mince garlic cloves.
- 2Pour crab meat into a bowl.
- 3Add salt to boiling water.
- 4Melt half a stick of butter in a saucepan.
- 5Add garlic and shallot butter to the pan and brown the butter.
- 6Add heavy cream to the pan.
- 7Season with chili powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne pepper, and alapo pepper.
- 8Add minced garlic to the sauce.
- 9Grate fresh parmesan cheese and add to the sauce.
- 10Add crab meat to the sauce.
- 11Add cooked pasta directly to the pan.
- 12Add a splash of pasta water.
- 13Add more cheese and mix.
- 14Serve and garnish with herbs.

- 2 spoonfuls parmigiano reggiano
- 1 portion pasta
- 1 splash pasta water
- 1 pinch herbs
