Directions

    Peel two bananas and mash them using a fork.

    In a bowl, add two eggs and beat them well.

    Add the mashed bananas to the beaten eggs.

    Add four tablespoons of rolled oats and mix well.

    Pour the mixture into a frying pan on very low heat and spread it evenly.

    Cover the pan and let it cook for a few minutes, then flip it and cook the other side.

    Once cooked, place the banana pancake on a plate.

    Drizzle honey over the pancake (optional).

    Cut and serve.
