Directions

    Start by freezing a lean cut of beef. Once it's firm, slice it into thin slices.

    In a pan on medium heat, cook diced onion. Once it has some color, add diced capsicums and let them cook through, then set aside.

    Add the steak, followed by 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp chilli powder.

    Add 85ml Worcestershire sauce, mix it together and let it cook through.

    Lower the heat and add 80g light mozzarella cheese with the capsicums back, and keep mixing until the cheese is melted and it's well combined.

    Grab a warm tortilla, add some cheese, equally distribute the filling with some nacho cheese sauce and parsley.

    Roll it up tightly and repeat the process for the other eleven rolls.

    Spray them with some cooking oil, add some more parsley before air frying or oven baking with the settings on screen until crispy.

  • 30 g light mozzarella cheese
  • 25 g light nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
