Directions

    Marinate chicken breast overnight with yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, and garam masala.

    Sear chicken in a hot pan with butter.

    Remove chicken and add onions to the pan.

    Add garlic, ginger, and the spices from the marinade to the onions.

    Stir in tomato paste and canned tomatoes.

    Add cashews and heavy cream.

    Add bay leaf and simmer until heated through.

    Blend the sauce with an immersion blender.

    Add the seared chicken back to the sauce.
