Directions

    Mix rice flour and water in a pot until it becomes a thick paste.

    Transfer the mixture to a blender.

    Add oil and salt to the blender.

    Blend until smooth.

    Cook the noodles in boiling water.

    Chop the carrots, zucchini and red pepper into julienne.

    Stir-fry the vegetables in a wok.

    Add the cooked noodles to the wok and mix.

    Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.

  • 1 tbsp gochugaru
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
