High-Protein Beef Mince Spiced Stir-Fry

Directions

    Add olive oil to a hot pan/wok on high heat. Add onion, garlic, chilli, and beef.

    Cook for 5 minutes until browned, constantly breaking up the beef.

    Mix the sauce ingredients (dark soy, light soy, oyster sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and sugar) with a whisk.

    Add the sauce to the pan.

    Toss in green beans and cook for 1 minute. Add spring onions at the end once off the heat.

    Serve with rice noodles and an optional fried egg.

  • 200 g cooked rice noodles
  • 200 g, topped and tailed green beans
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 1 fried egg
  • 1 Tbsp dark soy
  • 1 Tbsp light soy
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
