Directions

  1. 1.

    Peel the tofu into thin slices using a peeler.

    Add oil to a pan and fry the tofu slices until golden brown.

  3. 3.

    Add 1 tsp each of cumin, paprika, and chicken spice; and 1/2 tsp each of garlic and ground coriander to the pan.

    Add 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce and salt to taste.

  5. 5.

    Mix well and set aside.

    Chop cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley for the salad.

  7. 7.

    Mix the chopped vegetables with lemon juice and salt to taste.

    Prepare the garlic sauce by mixing 200g unsweetened vegan yogurt, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar, salt, and a pinch of sugar.

    Cut the Döner Flatbreads in half.

    Add the yogurt sauce to the bread.

    Add lots of tofu "meat", salad, more sauce, and "mit scharf"

  • 200 g smoked or extra firm tofu
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chicken spice
  • 0.5 tsp garlic
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 salt
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 handful tomatoes
  • 0.5 bunch parsley
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • 200 g unsweetened vegan yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 Döner Flatbreads
