    In a bowl, combine 2 cups plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp greek-style yoghurt, and ¾ cup warm water.

    Mix until combined, then knead until smooth.

    Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.

    Flatten each piece with your hands.

    Roll each piece into a thin circle. Place grated cheese in the center.

    Fold the edges to enclose the cheese, forming a ball.

    Roll the ball into a thin circle again.

    Cook on a medium-hot tawa for around 40 seconds per side, pressing with a spatula until golden brown and puffed up.
