Directions

    Get good quality flour, yeast, sugar and salt.

    Add milk and butter to the saucepan.

    Mix all ingredients with a dough hook for five minutes.

    Leave to prove for 20-30 minutes until doubled in size.

    Shape the dough to about 1.5-2 cm thickness.

    Cut into discs and place them on a tray.

    Leave for another 20-30 minutes, covered.

    Cook over medium heat in a pan with some semolina.

    Bake each side until golden brown. If raw inside, cook in a hot oven for 5-10 minutes.
