Directions

    Toss boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a slow cooker along with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, mirin, ginger and garlic.

    Let it cook for 4-5 hours on high or 5+ on low until the chicken is cooked through.

    Cook short grain or sushi rice separately.

    Mix cooked rice directly with the cooked chicken.

    Mix together low-fat mayo, 0% Greek yogurt, sriracha, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a bowl to make the yum yum sauce.

    Add the yum yum sauce to the chicken and rice.

    Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

  • 4 Tbsp cold water
  • 480 g short grain or sushi rice
  • 100 g low-fat mayo
  • 100 g 0% greek yogurt
  • 75 g sriracha
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • milk
  • 2 stalks green onions
