Directions

    Add 4 cups of chicken broth to a frying pan and bring it to a boil.

    Add 2 heaping teaspoons of minced garlic.

    Add 2 cups of rice and stir.

    Turn the heat to low, cover, and set a timer for 20 minutes. Don't peek.

    Add 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning.

    After 20 minutes, turn the heat to high and add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream.

    Cook for about 90 seconds until the cream thickens.

    Add pepper to taste.

    Turn the heat back down to low and add 1 cup of parmesan cheese.

    Stir until the cheese is melted and the rice is creamy.
