    Finely chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, white onion, jalapeños, and cilantro.

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

    Rinse the salad and jumbo shrimp and pat them dry. Chop the jumbo shrimp into big chunks and set some aside for topping.

    Add the shrimp to the bowl with the vegetables, season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and the juice of two limes.

    Mix everything well.

    Divide the mixture evenly into five portions and add 3.5 oz of clamato to each serving.

    Top each serving with the whole jumbo shrimp that were set aside.
