    In a bowl, add ground chicken, buffalo sauce, dry ranch, granulated garlic, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

    Slice mozzarella cheese sticks in half lengthwise.

    Cover each mozzarella stick half with the chicken mixture.

    Freeze for about 30 minutes.

    Prepare three shallow dishes: one with cornstarch, one with egg, and one with seasoned breadcrumbs.
