Directions

    Start with 1.5 pounds of freshly diced potatoes. Drizzle on some olive oil and season it with seasoned salt.

    Toss the potatoes and throw them in the air fryer at 400 for about 20 minutes, shaking them around every 5 minutes.

    While the potatoes are cooking, throw in some diced chicken breast into your skillet.

    Season the chicken with cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and some paprika.

    Cook the chicken until it is nice and well done.

    Remove the chicken from the skillet and reduce the heat to low.

    Throw in 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, and 1 cup of parmesan cheese.

    Give this a mix until it is nice and smooth.

    Hit it with a little bit of cajun seasoning and some paprika.

    Give this another mix, then throw your potatoes and your chicken in.
