Directions

    Cut the ribs into individual pieces.

    In a bowl, season the ribs with garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

    Add some oil to a pan.

    Cook the ribs in the pan for 5 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned.

    Transfer the ribs to aluminum foil.

    Add your favorite BBQ sauce to the ribs.

    Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil, creating a nice little rib pocket.

    Put the ribs back into the pan, on low heat for 15 minutes.
