Directions

    Add chicken tenderloins to a bowl with light buttermilk and hot sauce, mix and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

    In another bowl, add panko breadcrumbs with cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk.

    Remove chicken from marinade, let it drip and coat in breadcrumbs. Repeat.

    Set chicken on a tray of air fryer and spray with olive oil.

  5. 5.

    Air fry at 400°F for 15-17 mins (204°C).

    Add light butter, hot sauce, brown sugar sweetener, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a cast iron pan and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Brush the sauce on the chicken.
