1Add chicken tenderloins to a bowl with light buttermilk and hot sauce, mix and let marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
2In another bowl, add panko breadcrumbs with cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk.
3Remove chicken from marinade, let it drip and coat in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
4Set chicken on a tray of air fryer and spray with olive oil.
5Air fry at 400°F for 15-17 mins (204°C).
6Add light butter, hot sauce, brown sugar sweetener, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a cast iron pan and let simmer for 5 minutes.
7Brush the sauce on the chicken.
8Serve and enjoy!
