Directions

    Slice your steaks into cubes, season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, garlic powder, parsley, smoked paprika and olive oil.

    Mix until the color changes.

    Give it a mix, then add evaporated milk, light cream cheese, parmesan and pasta water.

    Add your cooked pasta, give it a good mix.

  • 300 ml Light Evaporated Milk
  • 130 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 210 g Uncooked Pasta
  • 520 g Cooked Pasta
  • 50 ml Pasta Water
