Garlic Butter Pizza Muffins
Directions
- 1Dice biscuit dough into small pieces.
- 2Add the diced biscuit dough to a bowl.
- 3Add 1/4 cup of mini pepperonis or cut regular pepperonis into small pieces and add to the bowl.
- 4Add 3 tbsp of melted butter with 1 tsp of garlic herb seasoning to the bowl.
- 5Add 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella and 2 tbsp of parsley to the bowl.
- 6Gently mix all ingredients together.
- 7Form the mixture into balls.
- 8Place the balls into a cupcake pan.
- 9Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
