1In a large bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onion, salt, and white pepper. Mix until well incorporated. Add the egg and mix until the filling is smooth and sticky.
2Use a tongue depressor or wooden stick to scoop 1 tsp of filling and place it onto the center of a wonton wrapper. Wrap the filling and make a fist to seal the edges.
3Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the wontons and cook until they float to the top.
4Transfer the wontons to a bowl and pour chili oil on top.
