Directions

    In a Dutch oven over medium heat, brown 1 pound of Italian sausage.

    Add 28 ounces of San Marzano tomatoes and break them up.

    Add 4 cloves of minced garlic.

    Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream.

    Add 1 tablespoon of minced dry onion.

    Add 1 tablespoon of dried basil.

    Add red pepper flakes to taste.

    Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.

    Add 32 ounces of chicken stock.

    Add 1 pound of spaghetti.

    Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
