Welsh Rarebit
Directions
- 1Melt butter in a saucepan.
- 2Add flour, mustard powder and paprika, whisk until combined.
- 3Add Guinness, whisk until smooth and thick.
- 4Grate cheddar cheese.
- 5Add cheese to the mixture and stir until melted and smooth.
- 6Toast bread.
- 7Spread the cheese mixture onto the toasted bread.
- 8Place bread in the pizza oven and toast.

- 150 ml guinness beer
- 100 g cheddar cheese
- 1 slice bread
