    Boil six eggs for 6-7 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath to cool.

    Peel the eggs and slice them in half.

    Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

    Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, salt and pepper using a hand mixer.

    Add honey to the yolk mixture.

    Chop the egg whites.

    Add the chopped egg whites to the yolk mixture and stir until well combined.

    Cook bacon until crispy.

    Chop the bacon.

    Place the egg salad into the romaine lettuce leaves.

    Top with bacon.

    Sprinkle paprika and everything bagel seasoning on top.
