Directions

    Get the sharpest knife and safely cut up your green bell pepper, your white onion, garlic cloves and red bell pepper.

    Thinly slice partially frozen top sirloin. The thinner the better.

    In a bowl, toss thinly shaved top sirloin with baking soda, ginger, salt and pepper. Cook on high heat until crispy.

    In the same pan, cook up all your vegetables.

    For the sauce: mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, zero calorie brown sugar and whisk it.

    Cook on high heat with some chopped garlic.

    Add in five servings of protein noodles of your choice.

    Mix it all up and get it into five equal servings

  • 10 oz Barilla angel hair pasta
  • 32 oz top sirloin
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp zero-cal brown sugar (stevia)
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 white bell pepper
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp ginger seasoning
  • 1 Siracha mayo
