    Crack open a can of spam, slice it up, and fry them. Set aside.

    Combine soy sauce, water, sugar, sriracha, and miso paste for extra savoriness.

    Throw the spam back in and fry a couple of eggs on the pan. Cut it into the same size as a spam.

    Chop some chilies.

    Oil the bottom of a dish and mold your rice. Cut it into squares.

    Dip your rice paper in water and start assembling your musubi. Wrap it in seaweed and place it right in the middle of the rice paper.

    Keep everything super tight. I like to start from the bottom to the top, then tuck in the side flaps right under.

    Get it crispy with some oil on the pan. You can also air fry it and then serve it up with some spicy mayo.

  • 1 cup rice
  • 6 rice paper
  • 6 seaweed
  • 1 tbsp spicy mayo
