1In a bowl, mix 110g of self raising flour, 100g of low fat Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp of Italian herb seasoning, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and optionally 7g of nutritional yeast.
2Knead the mixture until it forms a crumbly texture, then form a dough ball.
3Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out gently and slowly to your desired size.
4Place 3 sliced light mozzarella cheese sticks around the edges of the dough, then roll the edges and pinch to seal the crust.
5Add a bit more Italian herb seasoning to the dough.
6Add 80g of pizza sauce, 75g of low-fat grated cheese, and 35g of mini pepperoni.
7Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F for 22-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
